Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S.
What countries are Altalena products sourced from?
Our main priority is always to source our product as close to its country of origin as possible. To do this, we’ve built long-lasting relationships with trusted suppliers all over the world. Can I change my order after it is placed?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed after they are placed. If you would like to modify your order, you can cancel your existing one within 2 hours and place a new order.
How long will my order take to ship?
Please allow 2 business days for us to process and ship your order from our warehouse. Once an order ships, the estimated delivery time can vary based on the delivery location.
Who are you certified with?
We are certified Kosher with Earth Kosher, and certified USDA Organic with CCOF.
Why do products sometimes vary order to order?
